		<description>I have not heard of this although I have seen many people who mix capitals and lowercase.  My husband insists on craming his writing into narrow lines, filling the spaces he uses capitals a lot to write.  drives me nuts when I am trying to read it. Maybe he has this.  I will look into this a bit further</description>
