Hello, I just met Tracey Bowman. I am a school nurse in DE and would like to present research data to valid studies in Irlen Syndrome. Two well known ophthalmologists told me data is antedotal. Can you refer me to valid data? Thank you. Catherine Whelton, RN, MSN (302-528-3900).
Its good to see a physician taking advantage of the internet. So many think that the Internet, especially blogs, have no place in medicine. They will catch up one day though.

I believe I sent you an email some time ago. As I recall the http://www.irlen.com site references many studies, but let me assure you that many physicians express opinions about Irlen Syndrome without having been informed by people like me who found this treatment so excitingly successful! I think they are just spreading negative thoughts by uninformed others. That is my opinion. Sorry to be so long in replying!
I am looking for a contact avenue in order to purchase or to obtain permission to use Dr. Amen’s scans pre and post EMDR.
I am an EMDR trainer in Australia and wish to use the images on brochures for the course.
I am not sure that this is the correct way to make contact however I have been through all websites looking for an email contact.

Sorry for the delay! Have you tried using Google and bringing up Amen Clinic. I believe there is more than one site in California. I just found my images on Google images and used them. I’m sure they do not mind. I have been in considerable pain in my legs when I try to sit at my Mac computer, hence I have gotten behind. Feel free to contact me at wheat42@gmail.com.
